The Lighthouse is located 8 kilometers south of Mbabane and provides 12 months of free residential drug and alcohol treatment center for men. The center is directed by Wafuka Kapolesa. The Lighthouse celebrated ten years of work in April 2007. There are 30+ youth on a twelve-month, Christ-centered, discipleship-based regimen of restoration. As a fully certified affiliate of Teen Challenge International, The Lighthouse utilizes a treatment protocol whose success has been proven in 58 different countries for over 44 years. This track record of success that has baffled the medical community and amazed investigators makes Teen Challenge Swaziland a well-recognized resource to the courts, community, and concerned people everywhere. |
