Don and Elaine Smith are missionaries, empowering the overseers of Hawane to lead the ministry into success--which is empowering lives.
Nombulelo Chirwa is a Swazi citizen. She has worked with the Hawane children's homes since 2004. She began as a house mother and has moved on to the position of children's homes overseer.
Ntokozo heads up the maintenance and building team.
Sabelo leads the farm work and has helped the children get their own vegetable gardens growing.
