Kevin Ward helps lead Potter's Wheel as the Senior Pastor. He is a Swazi citizen. 
Wandy Shongwe became the assistant pastor of Potter's Wheel Church as of July 1, 2007. He is a Swazi citizen. 
Theo Jandrell is the leader of the Men's Fellowship at the Potter's Wheel Church. He joined the church shortly after its founding in 2006. 
Bruce Griffiths leads helps ministry and Sunday School. Bruce is a Swazi citizen. 
Wafuka Kapolesa heads the traditional Teen Challenge rehabilitation center for men and helps oversee Misheck in the Life Skills Centre.
